• There is no fee to enter the show (yay!) and artists must complete the application to display art.
• Display a maximum of 5 pieces of art.
• Please choose your art with a varied audience in mind.
• Artwork must follow the designated monthly theme. Any art that doesn’t follow the monthly theme will not be eligible for awards.
• Each contributing artist is responsible for displaying/installing artwork (including show tags), managing sales, and attending the First Friday events.
• We encourage you to post your artist bio, bring business cards, and be available to chat with folks about your art!

HOW TO INSTALL YOUR ART:

• ProPanels and and wall space are available free of charge.
• Hanging materials are also provided and must be returned after the show.
• You will be responsible for providing additional display items if your work does not hang on a wall (i.e. pedestals, etc.).

• Artists can hang artwork Thursday and Friday prior to show judging.
• You will have reasonable access to The Hive before the show from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Thursday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday.

• Awards are displayed by 5:00 pm on First Friday.
• Awards are also announced on our RGAA Facebook Page and on our website the following week.

1. Participation in any show implies consent for the Royal Gorge Art Alliance to photograph or film your artwork for use in publicity, marketing materials, our website, social media, and other promotional channels. Artists retain full copyright and ownership of their work.
2. The Royal Gorge Art Alliance will manage, handle, and display all artwork with reasonable care; however, artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance, as the Royal Gorge Art Alliance is not responsible for any damage or loss.
